Étude 352 recently organised a cocktail reception dedicated to mediation, bringing together legal professionals, and in particular lawyers, around this amicable method of dispute resolution, which is playing an increasingly important role in notarial practice.
This convivial moment of discussion provided an opportunity to highlight the importance of dialogue, listening and the search for balanced solutions in family, patrimonial and inheritance matters.
