Justine Meyer has co-authored a new article with Alexandre Boiché in the April 2026 issue of AJ Famille, aiming to inform and raise awareness among practitioners about how foreign pension rights are taken into account in divorce proceedings in France. As stated in the article: “There is a risk of double compensation when a French judge increases the compensatory allowance by taking into account a foreign pension, while the foreign legal system subsequently provides for an actual division of pension rights.”
